There are many things occurring with the spread COVID-19. We express our sympathies to those affected. In this article, we will answer a few questions about our company and the impact of COVID-19.
Q: Can Coronavirus travel on products shipped from China?
A: No. Coronaviruses are a family of viruses. They require a human host to transmit them in the long term. Our products, and most others from China, arrive by ship. Because the products are on the ship for up to a few months at a time, the Coronavirus will not travel on those products. This includes the products that come to our company from China.
Q: Is there any disruption to your product supply?
A: No. While we assemble our products in the United States, the majority of our components are sourced globally. Due to this global sourcing method, we are able to still supply the same products without any disruption in service. We are still running full steam ahead!
Q: Is your company planning on any closures due to Coronavirus?
A: No. Our team and manufacturing facility is located in a rural part of Utah. There are currently no outbreaks within hundreds of miles of our facilities. There are no planned closures.
Q: Anything else consumers or dealers should be concerned about?
A: Nope! Everything is running smoothly at our facility and we have been able to make accommodations to ensure that all continues as normal. We express our sympathies to those affected.

A: We recommend visiting the CDC website at this link. They can provide the health advice that we are not qualified to give and can give you plenty of precautionary information, including whether or not COVID-19 is active in your region.
