How to Order
Each package has two filter inserts, and we'd like to limit this donation to 1 package per person (a total of two filter inserts). Once you submit your order, you will not be able to submit the form a second time. If your needs exceed the limit, please contact us and we will address these on a case-by-case basis. If you are local to our area, please come by the building to pick yours up. We are currently able to donate 100 packages per day, and hope to be able to donate more soon. Requests will be filled first-come, first-served on a daily basis, while supplies last.
